Day, Date, Time:  Friday, January 1, 2010

Place: Tranter's Creek Wildlife Ramp

Length of Trip and Duration: About 2 miles roundtrip, lasting from 12:30 PM until 2 PM

Difficulty Rating: Beginner

Brief Description of Trail: We will be putting out at the Tranter's Creek WIldlife Ramp off of Clark's Neck Rd.  We'll go up Tranters a little bit, then up along Cherry Run, and back down if it is nice out.

Put-In and Take-Out: The put-in and take-out will be at the same place depending on the weather, Tranter's Creek Wildlife Ramp

Driving Directions to Meeting Site:

From the west take Rt 264 to Washington.  At the first traffic light (Food Lion shopping center), take that right onto Clarks Neck Road. Drive about 1/2 mile to the ramp and parking will be on the left.  

From the east take Rt 264 through Washington toward Greenville. Take a left at the Food Lion traffic light onto Clarks Neck Road.

Weather Forecast: To early to be determined.

Hazards: Winter weather may be a hazard.

Other Requirements: Wearing of a PFD is required. A warning whistle is recommended.
